Folded mailer printing options

Just like our standard Z-fold cards, each Z-mailer card features a compact folded design which unfurls to a huge multi-panel sheet: offering plenty of space to accommodate product catalogues, site maps, informational guides or whatever else you need.

The Z-mailer variant maximises your print space with a vast maximum sheet size of 420mm x 594mm (A2), which folds up to a convenient A6-sized footprint (100mm x 142mm). Plus, with variable data printing, you can add customer addresses and even first or second class PPI stamps to each individual Z-fold card in your print run.

But that’s just our standard Z-mailer specification – with our fully personalised printing service, you can specify your own size, paper stocks, print colour options, lamination/foiling extras and more. And to top it all off, you won’t even need to send your finished cards out to your mailing list – Better Printing can take care of all the distribution for you.
