Description

Budget booklets

Professionally printed booklets of the highest quality…that won’t break the bank! Perfect for training manuals, programmes, catalogues, trade show brochures and more, these budget booklets are versatile, eye-catching and cheap!

Budget booklet printing options

Available in a variety of sizes, materials and orientations, these value booklets are perfect for just about any use! Choose between portrait and landscape booklets, printed with full colour, Pantone (best to match specific coloured branding) or black and white only.

Our value booklets are printed onto silk paper as standard – this provides a pleasant aesthetic finish with a slight sheen that is especially popular for brochures and catalogues. However, we can provide booklet printing onto many other materials – including Kraft and recycled papers for eco friendly booklets.

Add extra lamination, foiling or Spot UV to make your booklets truly stand out from the crowd (these services incur extra charges).

FAQs

What booklet sizes do you offer?
A4 booklet printing is one of the most popular services we offer. However, we can also print A5 booklets. Should you need a different size, just get in touch with the team! Or take a look at our brochure and booklet range.
How are booklets bound?

Our standard booklets are bound together via saddle-stitching. This method assembles brochure pages by first nesting several folded double-leaf spreads on top of each other (starting with the middlemost pages and finishing with the outer cover leaf).

The brochure pages are then stitched together by threading lengths of metal wire (similar to staples) through all pages along the central crease line.

Looking for a different bookbinding method? Better Printing can also provide booklets in perfect bound and wiro bound varieties – call us to discuss your requirements!

How many pages can my booklets have?

You can view our page count options in the table below. Each paper sheet (or ‘leaf’) of your brochure will have two printed pages (pp); one on each side of the paper. Book covers consist of four pages, and are included in addition to the page counts listed in the table below.

Looking for a different page count to the options listed here? Simply call us on 023 8087 8037 to discuss your own bespoke specifications.

Will my booklets be printed via litho printing or digital printing methods?

The right print method will depend on a number of factors; including the product type, quantity and turnaround time you require.

Better Printing can produce your order on either litho or digital, with both available in-house. Our sales team can recommend the most cost-effective solution for your needs and will confirm your preferred method before going to print.

What materials are these products printed on?

Please see the Specification tab for more information on this product’s standard material specification. Alternative stocks and grades can be supplied for most products to help you customise your order – simply get in touch to discuss your print requirements.

How do I select portrait or landscape?

All brochures and booklets are produced in portrait orientation (with the spine located on the longer edge of the booklet) by default. Alternatively, you can specify landscape orientation for your brochures if needed at the checkout stage.

What imposition or page order format should I use for my artwork?

We recommend supplying artwork as single pages in the same order as you want them to appear in the finished programme. Please avoid supplying your artwork in printer’s pairs or double page spreads, as this may extend production times of your print order.
