What is PVC?

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a plastic vinyl material which is ideal for banners and display materials – it’s lightweight, strong, flexible and resilient to most weather conditions.

Can PVC banners be recycled?

PVC can be recycled; however you’ll need to check with your local recycling facilities to see if they’ll accept it.

Are these PVC banners weatherproof?

Yes; each banner is printed on external grade PVC with UV-cured inks, which means they’re waterproof and resistant to sun fading.

How are PVC banners printed and supplied?

Each banner is printed in-house with our large format digital printers; after printing, they’re trimmed to size and hemmed for additional strength. Heavy duty metal eyelets are added for easy hanging.

Do these banners come with a display frame?

How long can I expect my personalised pvc banners to last outside?

The banners will last for several years, depending on the environment in which they are placed. If you’re aiming to display your banner in a particularly windy area, we’d recommend using a mesh banner instead.

When I zoom in on my artwork it looks blurry, can you fix this before printing?

Your non vector images will need to be 150dpi and above, ideally 300dpi at the actual size to print well. Our pre-press team will be happy to take a look at your file before you place the order to put your mind at rest.
